Submission Details / Types of Contribution

Authors can submit their contributions electronically via the conference management system. Please register as a new user first. Afterwards you can submit your contribution to the Entertainment Interfaces track. Every contribution should be submitted by only one author (preferable the first author). After the peer-review of the submissions the results will be accessable via the conference management system. The registration for the conference will also be done via this access. The different types of contribution have different requirements and restrictions regarding the the length and the level of detail of the contributions. For the publication of the contribution it is necessary that at least one of the authors takes part at the conference and presents the contribution. No charges will be paid for this. The conference fees are the same for both authors and attendees. The conference language is German and English. Therefore, contributions in English or German can be handed in and be presented.

Important note: The conference management system is only available in German language. If you have any problems with your submission, please feel free to contact us!

The publication format for the track Entertainment Interfaces is the same format as the main conference. All papers – except the papers published in the Journal of Entertainment Computing (see below) – will be published in proceedings. The proceedings will be published in a digital and print-on-demand version by Oldenbourg. Please enter your submission as an anonymized PDF document. For the final camera-ready version a Word (2000 and newer) document is required with a PDF version as well.

The document template is available only in German – please feel free to contact us if you need any further guidance:
